Abby’s Brave Buddies
A Safe Place to Play. A Community to Lean On.
Our daughter Abby was diagnosed with leukemia at two years old. In the middle of hospital stays, port accesses, and endless treatment days, we found ourselves wishing for one simple thing: a moment where she could run, laugh, and play alongside other kids who understood what she was going through.
That wish became Abby's Brave Buddies.
We host events across Houston and surrounding areas for young children impacted by cancer. These are safe settings where kids can be kids and parents can breathe. Every child in treatment or who has completed treatment is welcome, along with their caregivers and siblings.
